Franky Benitez
Franky Benitez is the Lead Pastor of The Well Church in Tyler, Texas. With over 16 years of pastoral experience, his passion is restoring families to God and each other through Spirit-led ministry and practical discipleship. Franky is committed to empowering people to discover their calling and live it out. He and his wife are raising five boys, and together they model the family-first culture at the heart of The Well.

Danielle Benitez
Danielle Benitez is the Children's Minister at The Well Church. She loves teaching children of all ages and has a passion to see their lives forever changed by the love of God. Danielle is a devoted wife and mom, committed to raising five strong men of God.
Operations Director | Elder
Fedor Weems
Fedor Weems serves as the Operations Director and an Elder at The Well Church. A devoted husband to Ashton and father of six (four girls and two boys), Fedor brings structure, accountability, and sustainable momentum to the team. His greatest passion is prayer and seeing every person encounter the presence of the Lord.
